The hotel staff provided excellent service. They were very polite and professional. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The onsite restaurant was delicious and had great value.
The TV had no English channels. The mattress was super hard. It was like sleeping on the floor. I also found the location inconvenient. It was too far from anything.

The hotel provided a shuttle bus to the city center every 20 minutes, starting early. The staff members were friendly and eager to help. My room was spacious, and it featured a large bathroom. The concierge and reception services were very efficient (I didn't have to wait).
The television in my room was an older model. There were no English channels available, limiting entertainment options.

The hotel features four distinct restaurants, each providing amazing food, including Japanese, Teppanyaki, and Cantonese options, as well as a French-style buffet. The lounge offers a relaxing atmosphere with beautiful cakes and seasonal dessert sets, which I found very tempting.

The breakfast options included several choices, such as a buffet. It was quite good (especially the pastries!). I was impressed with the quality of the food served at the restaurants, and each dish was carefully prepared.

The lobby had a beautiful design and a cute atmosphere. the staff was helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with a smile. a convenient minibus service ran regularly to the underground railway station, a great benefit. the hotel offered excellent food and drink options. I enjoyed a awesome breakfast each morning.
